Lakeside Cape Cod Home: Fire Pit & BBQ, Near Beach

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. My family and I had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate all the thoughtful details that made our stay so pleasant. We are leaving very happy and with wonderful memories. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future. Thank you again for everything! Alex & Family

Talita worked with me very last minute as our original Airbnb cancelled on us the morning of. I rushed to find a place & Talita responded immediately & allowed me to bring my small 4.6lb for an extra price which was totally worth it. The weather wasn’t the best this weekend so we didn’t get to utilize the outdoor shower which was a major plus in my last minute booking. Inside was very minimalist and I loved that. Dishwasher & full kitchen to cook up meals especially a good breakfast. Plenty of space to sleep for our party of 6. I would rent again, the only downfall is it wasn’t in our desired area but that’s fine, that’s not the property’s fault. The backyard was beautifully set up with string lights and a fire pit and a volleyball net.

Charming, cozy house - an ideal setup for our group of four. We loved the fenced-in yard with string lights and the fire pit (firewood isn't provided, so you'll want to pick some up if you plan to use it). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely pond a short 5-minute walk away. Location-wise, it's a great base if you have a car. It's an easy drive to nearby beaches and towns, but keep in mind that the area isn't very walkable (not many sidewalks), so having a vehicle is definitely a must for exploring comfortably. The host was very responsive and added thoughtful touches like a welcome kit with coffee, popcorn, and laundry/kitchen essentials. The kitchen was well-equipped, though we would have preferred real glass plates/bowls instead of plastic. One other small tip: if you are particular about your pillows and traveling by car, you might want to pack your own, as our group found the provided ones a bit uncomfortable. A pleasant, peaceful stay—highly recommended!
